A home inspection is to provide you, the customer, with an in-depth
report. This report provides you with information that will enable you to
make a sound decision on your future investments. Your on-site report is
well categorized for easy understanding of your home inspection.
Home Inspection - Standard
-
A home inspection is an objective visual
examination of the physical structure and systems of a home, from the roof
to the foundation. Having a home inspected is like giving it a
physical check-up. If problems or symptoms are found, the inspector may
recommend further evaluation.
Pre-Drywall Home Inspection
-
A pre-drywall home inspection is done on a new home before the
drywall is installed. This enables the inspector to identify any
problems before the home is completed. A pre-drywall inspection is
suggested to be scheduled 2 to 3 hours before drywall is installed.
This allows all the other trades to have their work completed.
Final Walk-Through Home Inspection
-
A final walk-through home inspection is recommended 2 to 3 hours
before the scheduled builder's walk-through. This provides the
homebuyer with documentation to record any deficiencies or incomplete work
before settlement.
New Home Warranty Inspection
-
A new home warranty inspection will provide you with documentation
of any construction deficiencies found before your 12 month builder's
warranty expires.
